Go to the profile page in passport and click on the link "not passed" in front of the "Identification". In the file upload field, drag a photo of an identity document and a photo of you with the same document opened on the main page. Downloaded files must comply with the requirements - jpg, png, bmp, tiff or pdf format, as well as the size of a single file should not exceed 5Mb and the size of all files exceed 25Mb. By clicking the "Send" button, all selected files are downloaded and sent for verification. Within 5-7 days the documents will be checked and if everything is good, then the identification status will change to "passed", otherwise you will be contacted by mail.
Important! Do not delete the photos until you click the "Send" button and do not wait until the sending is completed.
