In order to change the email, on the profile page in passport you need to click on the email field, after which a field for editing will appear. After editing the email, you need to confirm it. To confirm it is necessary to follow the link from the mail.
If the second factor is enabled, then to confirm editing you will need to enter a token from the Google Authenticator application.
